Join other RMA Chapter leaders to learn best practices to help your Chapter Board become more effective. The year’s conference will offer strategy sessions to help you strengthen your Board, increase member engagement, and find ways to take your chapter to the next level.

Chapter Leaders Conference will benefit board members serving for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

Hotel & Registration Information

RMA has reserved a block of rooms at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess at a rate of $179 and are quoted exclusive of applicable room taxes and fees ($20/night resort fee).

Reservations must be booked before May 23, 2025 in order to secure the discounted rate. The link to book your hotel reservation at our conference rate, will be provided to you in your conference registration email.

RMA will cover both Wednesday and Thursday night’s hotel room and tax, for the first 150 Chapter Leaders registered. All other charges are at the responsibility of the attendee.

Updated pricing:

  • 1st – 3rd time attendee: Free
  • 4th time attendee/4th representative from chapter: $650
  • Spouse/Guest (12+): $200 per person

IMPORTANT: Due to this year’s anticipated conference demand, RMA will cover the first 150 chapter leaders attendance costs (which includes: conference registration fees, and (2) hotel nights).  Additional chapter leaders can still attend, however at a registration fee of $650 to cover the cost of meals. In addition, they will be responsible to cover all hotel expenses (paid individually or by the chapter).  Please register early to ensure that you will be included in the first 150 chapter registrations.

What if I am contacted by a third party for hotel reservations? 

RMA will not reach out to solicit hotel rooms or to register you for this conference.  Should you be contacted by any organization or website that claims to offer lower rates we urge you to use extreme caution and contact [email protected] with any relevant information. 

What is the dress attire? 

Conference attire is smart casual (nice jeans, no shorts, no flip flops). Since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring a jacket or sweater.

How will I receive my registration badge and materials?  

Event materials will be distributed at the event registration area at the venue. Attendees MUST wear name badges to all conference sessions and events to gain admittance.

You will have access to meals (breakfast, breaks, receptions) and to all conference sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy details for this event include:

  • Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed ([email protected]) to the registrar by May 16, 2025
  • No refunds or credits will be issued after May 16, 2025.
  • Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event.
    • NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.
  • If your payment is received in currency other than U.S. dollars, and you are due a refund, you will be responsible for any foreign exchange rate difference.
  • Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.
